Man-Chung Tsang – Founding Partner
After completing a business degree at Kent University, Man-Chung spent 6 years working in the insurance industry before moving to the financial services market. He founded Winter Dean in 1993, where he is primarily responsible for selecting appropriate funds for clients from the vast number of available offerings. Much of his time is spent analysing the fund market and liasing with fund managers with the aim that clients receive the best investment recommendations.
Qualifications held: Certificate in Pensions (G60), Certificate in Investment Portfolio Management (G70). |
